Needing ultimate performance, MPG, and sound for your 2017-2020 3.5L EcoBoost Ford F-150 Raptor? Look no further! Our newly re-designed direct bolt-on catted downpipes use the highest grade EPA-approved catalytic converters or GESI G-Sport UHO catalytic converters and larger 3″ diameter mandrel-bent tubing, which improves throttle response, mileage, and overall performance while reducing turbo lag and exhaust temperatures. We built the turbo adapters using CNC laser cut 1/2″ 304ss flanges and TIG & MIG welded 3″ 304ss mandrel bend tubing for ultimate flow. We installed 4″ flex pipes to absorb shock from engine movement and chassis flex. Our downpipes do not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. Our catalytic converters are made in the USA and are designed to be used in racing applications. All hardware, turbo gaskets, and stud bolts are included with these downpipes.

We use EPA-approved federal catalytic converters but you are responsible for verifying that they are legal with your state and county laws.
