SPD Performance 304 Stainless Steel Catted Downpipes for 2020-2024 Ford Explorer 3.0L ST, Platinum, and Lincoln Aviator. Uses the highest grade EPA approved catalytic converters and larger 3-inch diameter mandrel bent tubing which improves throttle response, mileage and overall performance while reducing turbo lag and exhaust temperatures. Does not require custom tuning and can be used as a factory downpipe replacement. SPD completely redesigned their downpipes to fix vibration issues on cold starts, acceleration and deceleration by installing 6-inch flex sections right after the cats to absorb vibration from the engine. Downpipes with mid sections have removable factory 2.125-inch exhaust adapters that allow you to adapt aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems for better flow and performance. Catalytic converters are made in the USA and designed for racing applications. High flow 400CPSI catalytic converters do not cause check engine lights.
