The Sterrato’s arch flares are the loudest design cue on the car — and from the factory they’re matte black plastic. This VRS Aero set swaps all four for vacuum-formed pre-preg carbon fiber, cured in Vorsteiner’s aerospace autoclave and finished in a gloss UV clear coat that puts the 2×2 weave on display.
Pre-preg construction runs 20-30% stiffer and stronger than the wet-layup carbon most of the aftermarket sells, and the vacuum process pulls excess resin — and excess weight — out of the layup. Tooling is matched to the factory shut lines, so each flare follows the Sterrato’s bodywork the way the originals do, exposed rally hardware included.
