Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
This 5-3/4” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5-1/2″ flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.

Top Mounted Heat Shield Design:
aFe POWER developed this heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.

Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.

Hassle-Free Installation:
The computer designed system utilizes factory mounting locations, minimizing the use of unnecessary hardware, and ensuring a perfect fit every time. This is a direct bolt-on kit that requires no cutting or drilling on factory parts. Stainless-steel clamps are included for strength, and premium silicone couplings allow for ample flexibility

Optional Dynamic Air Scoop:
This air intake system works perfectly in combination with aFe POWER D.A.S. (Dynamic Air Scoop): 52-10010S(Black), 52-10010SR(Red) and 52-10010SL(Blue).

Optional Air Intake Cover:
aFe POWER Air Intake Cover (54-32648-B) is also available for this air intake system to help reduce air intake temperature and engine noise. The cover provides a stealthy yet aggressive style without hurting the performance of the intake.

Fitment Note:
This item will not fit F-150 models equipped with the V6-3.5L(tt) PowerBoost™.
