More Air = More Power & Dramatic Sound Improvement
This plug and play air intake system unlocks up to 8whp to the wheels from your KIA K5 and Hyundai Sonata 1.6L turbo engine. In addition to the extra power throttle response, turbo spool, and sound are dramatically improved, finally allowing you to hear your turbo spool up under heavy acceleration. The system has a custom black lightweight aluminum heat shield to keep intake air temperatures down. Includes a reusable BMS high flow inverted cone filter to get the most air into the engine possible. The OEM cold air intake tube and insulating base remain fully functional. Install takes only minutes and is fully reversible. Made in the USA.
OPTIONAL BMS High Flow Silicone Turbo Inlet for 2021+ KIA K5/Hyundai Sonata 1.6L Turbo. Our replacement heavy-duty silicone turbo inlet replaces the narrow and restrictive factory plastic resonator unit with a higher flowing silicone inlet with customs fittings. Unlike other inlets, ours retains a larger flow straight from intake to turbo for improved boost response and increased turbo efficiency. While beneficial with the factory turbo this inlet is a must-have with any larger than factory turbo and the perfect complement to or K5/Sonata 1.6L intake.
