2-Way Monitor & TV Mount
One mount, two screen strategies. Pick the upper bracket for a superwide or triple-27″ rig — cockpit-eye level, no neck strain. Drop to the lower bracket for a 55″+ TV: movie-mode immersion, giant peripherals, wraparound feel.
- Upper position — 27" triple or 49-57" ultrawide
- Lower position — 55" to 65"+ large format TV
- No re-drilling — swap position in under 5 minutes
2-Way Wheelbase Mount
Run the wheel frontal direct-drive for the classic GT3/formula geometry — flat to the driver, high-force feedback fully isolated from the frame. Or flip to horizontal side mount for a tighter cockpit profile and traditional prototype lean-forward stance.

Overview
The Extreme Sim Racing Chassis 4.0 is the no-compromise aluminum platform ESR built for drivers who treat sim racing the way FFP customers treat a track day — stiff, repeatable, and fast to reconfigure between setups. Fully extruded 8080 aluminum, modular mounting across every axis, and a cable-free chase that hides the ugly side of a full-motion build.
The 4.0 generation tightens rigidity over direct-drive wheel loads up to 25+ Nm, supports wraparound triple-monitor or ultrawide mounts from 27″ through 65″+, and drops in a P1 bucket seat on either frontal or side mount — all without drilling, shimming, or profile-cutting.

Installation Notes
- Footprint check — full rig needs roughly 5′ × 4′ floor space + clearance for pedal-kick and seat travel.
- Bed-in order — assemble chassis frame first, then mount seat, then wheel base, then pedals last (base-weight stabilizes the frame during pedal torque-down).
- Wheel base — Frontal Direct Drive mount is the recommended default for 90% of drivers. Horizontal Side mount is only for drivers who prefer a GT3/F1 lean-forward geometry.
- Monitor mount tip — if running a single ultrawide, use the upper bracket at its lowest position; eye height should land at upper third of screen, not centered.
- Pedal preload — don’t overtighten pedal-plate bolts on first assembly. Do one full session, then torque to spec.

- Local delivery & consultation ($3,000) — our team delivers to your Southern California location, assembles the rig, calibrates the wheel base and pedal set to your height and braking pressure, and runs a tuning session with you on iRacing / ACC / Assetto Corsa so you leave the session with a baseline car setup you can build from.
- Out-of-state delivery + Discord consultation ($4,500) — ships crated, palletized; we join you live on Discord for up to 3 hours of video walkthrough for assembly, calibration, software config (SimHub, CrewChief, Moza Pit House, etc.), and first-session coaching.
