Compatible with stock or custom tuning, these turbos can be utilized with all stock components in an OE replacement setup. For maximum results, a custom tune and supporting modifications are recommended. Wastegate actuators are pre-calibrated for easy installation. We recommend custom tuning.
Front Mount Intercooler Upgrade
Heat is the enemy of horsepower. The OEM charge air cooler on the 2017+ F-150s is woefully inadequate, even at stock boost levels. One quick pull can result in charge air temps well above the recommended levels. When your truck’s computer sees this, it reduces power to save the engine. We like to keep all the power we can. Our Upgraded Intercooler Kit features a high-quality, 3.5” thick bar and plate core and specially designed end tanks to direct flow through the core. The kits also include upgraded aluminum charge piping and all couplers and clamps for easy installation.
AMS 2017-2020 Ford Raptor & F-150 3.5L EcoBoost Turbo Inlet Tubes
AMS took one look at the almost 20 HP increase in their product testing and knew they had a game-changing product for 2017-2020 F150 owners. AMS Engineers designed this one-of-a-kind product to have a 222% increase in the cross-sectional area at the power-robbing bottleneck near the turbo inlets. This allows the turbos to breathe easier, giving them the opportunity to create more power. Their engineers accomplished all of this while still retaining all of the OEM fittings. Many airbox options are on the market, so they took extra measures to ensure our turbo inlet tubes work with your aftermarket OEM-style intakes. AMS’ turbo inlet tubes feature an understated appearance, resulting in an OEM look and feel in your truck’s engine bay.
Full-Race Formline 3.5L Gen 2 Raptor Turbo Manifolds
The Full-Race Formline Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds for the Gen 2 (2017-2020) Ford Ecoboost 3.5L engines directly replace the OEM cast iron exhaust manifolds. Due to some inherent flaws, the OEM cast iron manifolds are known to warp or crack, resulting in costly repairs. Besides that, the OEM cast iron manifolds don’t flow very well and present fitment challenges when used with larger turbos. The full-race formline cast stainless manifolds solve these issues. Casting from 347 stainless steel, the formline manifolds resist warping and cracking. These manifolds are a 100% bolt-on replacement – including new OEM gaskets, studs, and nuts.

When Garrett began development on the Powermax stage 2 upgrade turbos, it became clear the stock adaptors were way too small – and even aftermarket adapters like spd still would bottleneck the turbine wheel. Full-race developed these to be the largest diameter and highest flowing turbo adapter for the EcoBoost engines. They have over 20% more flow than competitor products.

Available in black or silver, these 2000+ degree ceramic coatings look great and provide an extra layer of protection against corrosion. By coating the exterior surfaces of your turbo hot side or manifold, you retain the heat and energy in the exhaust, not in your engine bay. Improving under-hood temps and increasing efficiency with improved turbo spool are great reasons to add these coatings. Please note that ceramic coating is completed in-house and will add a 1-2 weeks lead time to your order.
