Replaces the highly restrictive 2.37″ OD factory front pipe with a free-flowing 3.0″ OD section that bolts directly to factory and aftermarket exhausts. Engineering & Construction
Designed using SolidWorks 3D modeling + a Creaform 3D laser scanner system for precise measurements and fitment. Replaces the heavily restrictive 2.37″ OD factory front pipe with a free-flowing 3.0″ OD section. Double-lined interlock flexpipe handles thermal expansion and chassis flex without cracking. Fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing for pure, clean welds — built by RV6’s in-house master welders in the USA.

What’s In The Box
If you select a ceramic coating option (Silver or Black), expect an additional 7–14 business days of processing time on top of normal shipping. The bare 304 stainless option ships immediately from RV6 inventory.
Ceramic coating dramatically reduces under-hood heat transfer (−200°F+ surface temps under load) and provides a premium visual finish. Black coating is a flat satin black; Silver is a polished metallic finish.
RV6 warranty: 24 months on castings and welding. No warranty on the catalytic converter core itself — cats are consumables and not covered against thermal damage from improper tunes, misfires, or rich AFRs.
Race tune required: this is a high-flow performance part. Always pair with a complementary tune (KTuner, Hondata, or equivalent). Running an aftermarket downpipe on a stock tune may trigger CEL and rich-fueling conditions.
