That meant partnering directly with SPD to build a version made specifically for the Full-Race billet turbo adapters, delivering the best possible flow and compatibility. The Highest Flow, Lowest Restriction Downpipe for the 2017–2020 Ford Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost When Full-Race set out to create a premium downpipe for the 2017–2020 EcoBoost 3.5L, the goal wasn’t just to offer another option.
Each system is built from 3-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and includes high-quality catalytic converters, precision v-band connections, and all necessary hardware for a direct bolt-on installation. This design removes the step or restriction found in smaller one-piece flanges, creating a smooth, continuous exhaust path that reduces backpressure and improves turbo response. The result is a custom SPD Alpha Catted Downpipe that uses separate turbo adapter flanges to create a perfect port match from the turbo outlet into the start of the downpipe.
