Steeda's Billet S550 Mustang Oil Separator for your 2015-2023 Mustang GT350, Mach 1, Bullitt, or manifold swapped GT is crafted from aerospace grade billet aluminum for light weight and great looks. Connects to PCV hose to prevent oil and crankcase vapors from getting into the intake manifold and decreasing your fuel octane.
Easy installation. This kit installs in a few seconds. Arriving to your door assembled and ready to be installed with factory style connections, all that is needed is to unclip your PCV hose and clip this part into place. If you ever want to return to stock, removal is just as simple and can be completed in seconds.
Great service interval. This catch can holds 4oz. of oil so that you are not required to be constantly emptying the captured oil. It is suggested that you check the bowl after about 1,500 miles of driving, to see how often you may need to drain the system. Intervals will vary based on engine health, driving styles, and other factors.
A cleaner engine. Installing this system will capture and collect oil vapors that are moving through your PCV system and prevent them from entering your engine. Without this oil separator, those oil vapors enter your engine and can build carbon up on your throttle body, intake manifold, runners, valves, and pistons. Not only will those vapors lead to carbon build up, but they can also reduce power and reduce the octane level of your fuel.
