M Performance LSD Kit
2.81 Final Drive — F22/F23/F3X Auto-Trans
Genuine BMW M Performance limited slip differential kit with a 2.81 final drive ratio — the same hardware fitted to factory M Performance and competition-prep cars. Engineered for F22/F23 2 Series and F3X 3/4 Series equipped with the ZF 8HP automatic transmission. Locking up the rear axle so you put power down instead of frying the inside tire.
Why It Matters
An open differential is what stops a 340i or 440i from putting full power down on corner exit — one wheel spins, the other does nothing. A proper LSD distributes torque to both wheels and unlocks lap times, traction in the rain, and consistency on track.

Bolts into the factory differential housing. No subframe drop, no driveshaft swap, no bracketry mods. Diff fluid + new bolts (sourced separately) and you’re done.
