The UPR 5030 Series 3″ Oil Catch Can Replacement O-Ring Kit is a complete 4-piece Viton O-ring set engineered to reseal the interior of your 5030-Series catch can. Every time you empty and clean a catch can, the factory O-rings take a little more wear — and a single nicked seal will weep oil down the side of the can or pull unmetered air into your PCV system.
This is the kit you keep on the shelf. Pull the cup, drop in fresh O-rings, torque it back up, and you’re back to a dry, sealed install in minutes. Viton construction means these seals handle constant exposure to hot engine oil, turbo-side heat soak, and the caustic blow-by that shortens lesser rubber’s life.
Installed on a UPR Explorer ST Dual Valve Catch Can? This is the factory-match replacement set for that system’s dirty-side collection cup.

Installation Notes
Empty the catch can, unscrew the collection cup, discard the old O-rings, and seat the new Viton set in the same grooves. A thin film of fresh engine oil on each O-ring helps seating and prevents pinch-rolling during torque-down. No tools required beyond what you already use to service the can.
