The UPR 5045-24 replaces the brittle factory PCV with a billet aluminum unit carrying four interchangeable jets. Dial restriction to your combo — daily driver, boosted, heavy blow-by, or max-flow race — and lock it with the integrated set screw.
The UPR 5045-24 Adjustable Hi-Flo Billet PCV Valve replaces the brittle factory plastic PCV fitting with a fully tunable billet aluminum unit that ships with four interchangeable jets. Drop in whichever jet matches your combo and lock it down with the integrated set screw.
Factory PCV valves use a rubber-and-plastic check-ball design that gets pulled around by boost events — causing vapor lock, oil saturation on the clean side, and the classic EcoBoost/Coyote over-consumption complaint. The UPR billet design swaps that ball for a metered jet: simpler, repeatable, and sized to your engine’s actual blow-by volume.
Included on the UPR Explorer ST Catch Can as an optional upgrade — available standalone here for any 2011-2023 Coyote, EcoBoost, or Hellcat-platform build.

Pop the factory PCV valve out of the valve cover cam-lock groove, insert the UPR billet unit, and seat it into the same groove. Choose your jet based on build (start with .125 on lightly modified cars, .150 for boosted/towing, .175 for heavy blow-by), thread the set screw down to lock. Total install under 10 minutes.
