The VRSF High Flow Downpipe & Mid Pipe Combo is the single best performance modification available for the 2008–2013 BMW X5D and X6D equipped with the M57 diesel engine. By replacing the factory catalytic converter with a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalyst (catted version) or eliminating it entirely (race version), this combo dramatically reduces exhaust back pressure — resulting in faster turbo spool, increased horsepower and torque, and a noticeably more aggressive exhaust note.

Vehicle Compatibility
Installation
The VRSF combo is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory downpipe and mid pipe. Installation requires lifting the vehicle, removing the factory exhaust sections from the turbo outlet through the mid pipe, and bolting in the VRSF components. New gaskets are recommended at all flange connections. A professional ECU tune or DPF/EGR delete tune is recommended to take full advantage of the increased flow and prevent fault codes.
Track Limited Racing version is for track and off-road use only. Check local regulations before installing catless exhaust components. ECU tune recommended for both configurations.
