What it is
Required for any Piper Fast Road, Ultimate Road, Rally, or Race grind on the 2.0L EcoBoost. Stock O.E. springs cannot hold the lift and duration of Piper’s performance camshafts — they coil-bind or float at the RPM the cams are designed for. This kit is the minimum spring upgrade required to install those camshafts safely.

Before you install
Don’t install this kit on stock cams — the Single/Double Spring kits are designed for Piper’s performance grinds (BP270 / BP285 / BP300 / BP320). Running stock cams with these springs adds unnecessary valvetrain load. Call us if you’re unsure which spring goes with which cam.
If you’re pushing further
For high-boost builds or sustained high-RPM track use, step up to the Piper VDSFECO20K Double Valve Spring Kit ($697.95). The Double Kit adds extra valve-control margin and is the right call if you’re running boost levels well above stock or planning track abuse.
