The PT8802 is Precision’s 88 mm Sport Series frame turbo, rated to 1,550 horsepower. Built for serious race engines — large-displacement V8s, big-bore inline-sixes, and high-rpm builds where you need real top-end airflow without a Pro Mod-class price tag. Same CEA billet wheel technology as the smaller frames, scaled up for high-HP applications. Hand-assembled at Precision’s shop in Hebron, Indiana.
Competition Engineered Aerodynamics
CEA wheel machined from 2618 aluminum billet at the 88 mm inducer size. The aerodynamic profile is what lets this frame turbo punch into the 1,500 HP range while still spooling predictably. Compressor map stays clean across the operating window — you don’t fall off the efficiency island at the top of a pull. Choose between three turbine A/R options (1.12, 1.24, 1.40) to tune spool vs top-end based on your engine and target boost.
Dual Ceramic Center Section
Dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA. On a frame this size, the bearing system matters as much as the wheel — ball bearings cut rotating mass and friction, which means quicker spool, better transient response, and longer life under sustained high boost. Drag racers, marine engines, and dyno mules all benefit from the BB upgrade.
