The TR160 V5 is the upgrade to the TR160 MK4 — the chassis that ran as “King of Sims” from 2019 to 2021. Thicker aluminum profile walls than competing sim rigs, the best-designed mounts in the segment, and 160 × 40mm aluminum brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights.

TR One Pedal Plate or Profile Mount
The V5 pedal mount withstands hundreds of kilograms of braking force without flex. Pick a pre-drilled mounting plate or an extruded aluminium profile with heel plate. The pre-drilled plate has a fine-tune slide function — pedals end up exactly where you need them.
Strengthened Hybrid Pedal Plate
If you want to switch between GT (low), Formula (high), or inverted (upside-down) pedal positions quickly, this is the mount. Pre-drilled for all major pedal brands.
The New Benchmark in Sim Racing
The TR One Wheel System is a future-proof wheel-mounting system — upgrade your wheelbase, replace only the part of the mount that matches the new base. Fully adjustable, ready for anything you bolt to it.

The Gen 2 shifter mount got a complete redesign with increased plate thickness and a fine-tune slide adjustment. New mounts for handbrake and flight-sim peripherals bolt directly to the side plate or any 8mm aluminum profile.

Built For 30Nm+ Direct Drive
160 × 40mm anodized black aluminium T-slot extruded profile — high-end aerospace-grade material that gives the chassis strength, durability, and infinite customization through the slot channels.
Wheel uprights are supported by Trak Racer Signature Corner Brackets that deliver a no-flex experience even under the strongest direct-drive wheelbases. Heavy-duty anodized 90-degree brackets and laser-cut carbon steel plates make every mounting point bolt-up-and-stay-put.
Frame & Chassis
580mm wide, 1,400mm long. Black anodized aluminium with low ground clearance and hardwood rubber floor protectors. Pre-drilled to support all major steering wheels, pedals, and shifters. Includes 3 stiffened wheel mounts for maximum performance.
