The Next Step Up
The PT5866 Gen 1 pairs Precision’s 58 mm CEA compressor wheel with a larger 66 mm turbine wheel. 650 HP rating, more top-end headroom than the 5862, and the right answer when you want a small-frame compressor feeding a bigger turbine hot side. Common on 2.5–3.5L builds that need extended mid-to-top RPM power.
Competition Engineered Aerodynamics
CEA billet compressor wheel cast from 2618 aluminum. The 58 mm size punches above what its frame suggests — tight blade geometry, good pressure ratio, and the efficiency map works across the whole RPM band. Paired with the bigger turbine, it holds boost deeper into redline than the 5862 can.
Dual Ceramic Center Section
Dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA. The 66 mm turbine adds some mass over the 5862, and the ball bearing is what keeps spool respectable despite the bigger hot side. Daily-drivable, dyno-tough.

Match Housing to Engine Combo
